Job Title: ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Enabler Hires Pty Ltd is a Company that provides various engineering services in the mining and construction industries across Botswana. We would like to invite suitably qualified, innovative, results oriented and self-driven individuals to apply for the position listed and described below.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To perform effective accounting transactions, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and processing of accounting information in accordance with International Financial Reporting standards and laid down company policies and procedures; maintaining accurate tax records; ensuring timely delivery of relevant, accurate financial information

Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  Must be registered with BICA

Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Knowledge of Sage Evolution or Pastel will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prepare management accounts, financial statements and tax computations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task

Remuneration: Market related
